Driven by a shared passion for wellness and human connection, Dani Max and Keely Antonio founded FeelsWell Experiences after recognizing a gap in corporate cultures and leadership that failed to empower them. Dissatisfied with the status quo, they left their corporate careers to pursue their mission of crafting cultures that prioritize well-being and human connection.

Our Story

Dani and Keely, two young professionals navigating the tumultuous waters of the corporate world, found themselves at a crossroads, each facing their own set of challenges. Keely, Gen Z and a senior in college, during the pandemic was offered a lucrative position at a major corporation where she had worked tirelessly throughout her college years. However, the promise of financial security came at a steep cost—extreme burnout and disconnection with the corporate culture. Despite her dedication, Keely felt unsupported by her managers, who were ill-equipped to address the mental health and well-being needs of their team.

Meanwhile, Dani, a millennial accustomed to the rigidity of office life, found herself longing for a sense of autonomy and flexibility. It wasn't until the pandemic forced her to work from home that she experienced a taste of freedom, realizing that the traditional nine-to-five grind no longer aligned with her values or aspirations. However, even in this newfound flexibility, Dani struggled with the disconnect between herself and her managers, who were overwhelmed and stressed, unable to provide the support and guidance she needed.

Driven by their own experiences and fueled by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Dani and Keely decided to go on a new journey—to revolutionize the way we approach work and leadership. With FeelSwell Experiences, they're on a mission to create workplaces where well-being, connection, strong leadership, and purpose lead to sustainable success. Their solution is simple yet transformative: by equipping managers with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive, they're not only improving the lives of individual employees but also laying the foundation for a future where work is fulfilling, inclusive, and empowering for all.
